I feel immense pleasure to note that Gochar Mahavidyalaya, has been gradually developing and expanding to fulfill the aspirations of higher education in this rural area of western Uttar Pradesh, with highly fertile agricultural land and other natural resources. The principles and ideology followed by our institution has been set by our great visionary leader late Choudhary Multan Singh who believed that proper discipline and good moral character are the foundation stones of education. Our emphasis has always been on maintaining proper discipline and cultivation of good moral character among the students. We are also committed to nurture the best talent amongst our students by exposing them positively to challenging assignments and extra-curricular activities and by providing them all possible assistance on merit-cum-means basis. Our aim is not only academic excellence but excellence in every field.

I praise and appreciate the co-operation of the people of this area, the members and office bearers of the managing committee, the public representatives and the social workers, and the faculty, staff and students in running this educational institution properly and effectively. I wish to enrich further the facilities and increase the opportunities for our students in future.
